Multiple Continents. Meet the Collaborators Behind the Cultural Cuisine Exchange!
Celebrating the schools, coordinators, and students bringing cultures together, one dish at a time.

Great cultural exchanges happen when people and institutions come together with a shared vision: creating opportunities for young people to learn from one another, appreciate diversity, and build meaningful connections beyond borders.
At WorldEd Foundation, we are proud to celebrate the schools and educational organizations partnering with us for the Cultural Cuisine Exchange!
Bringing together more than 70 students from Brazil, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, Tajikistan, and Egypt, this international initiative demonstrates how education can extend beyond the classroom to create authentic opportunities for intercultural learning.
Through food, storytelling, and shared experiences, students are discovering that while our cuisines and traditions may differ, our stories often have more in common than we realize.
Behind every meaningful exchange are educators willing to open their classrooms to the world, coordinators who bring people together, and students ready to share a little piece of their culture with someone new.
Today, we are delighted to introduce the schools helping make this possible.

More Than a Partnership: A Shared Commitment to Young People
The Cultural Cuisine Exchange is about more than sharing recipes. It is about creating opportunities for young people to experience intercultural learning firsthand.
As students share the stories behind meaningful dishes, exchange recipes, and learn about the traditions of their international peers, they develop skills and perspectives that extend beyond the kitchen.
These experiences encourage:
Cultural awareness: Understanding and appreciating traditions beyond one's own community.
Communication and storytelling: Learning to express personal experiences and listen to the stories of others.
Global citizenship: Recognizing our connections and responsibilities in an increasingly interconnected world.
Curiosity and empathy: Approaching unfamiliar cultures with openness and a willingness to learn.
Collaboration: Building connections through shared activities and common goals.
By participating in this initiative, our collaborating schools are helping create space for these meaningful learning experiences.
A Special Thank You to Our Coordinators and Students
No international exchange comes together on its own.
Behind every participating school are coordinators and educators who dedicate their time, energy, and attention to making these opportunities possible. From communicating with students and supporting participation to encouraging young people to step beyond their comfort zones, their contributions are essential.
To all our coordinators and educators: thank you for your dedication, collaboration, and belief in the importance of intercultural learning. Your support helps transform an idea into a meaningful experience for young people.
And to the students participating in the Cultural Cuisine Exchange: this project belongs to you, too!
Thank you for being willing to share your cultures, introduce your favourite dishes, learn from someone new, and approach this experience with curiosity. Every recipe shared and every story told adds something valuable to this growing global community.
We look forward to seeing the connections you build, the dishes you recreate, and the discoveries you make along the way.
One World, Many Cultures, Countless Stories
At WorldEd Foundation, we believe young people should have opportunities to learn about the world by connecting with the people who make it diverse and fascinating.
The Cultural Cuisine Exchange brings this belief to life through a universal experience: food.
A recipe can carry memories of home. An ingredient can reveal a local tradition. A family dish can open a conversation between two students who live thousands of miles apart.
And sometimes, that is where understanding begins.
To Jawatha Private School, International English Center of Rio de Janeiro, Green City International School, Escola Educação Criativa, Cempaka International School, Rede Batista de Educação, Hayot International School and Escola Canto dos Pássaros: thank you for being part of this journey.
We are excited to continue building meaningful international learning opportunities together.
Different countries. Different cuisines. One shared vision: connecting cultures, one dish at a time.
