As part of the United Voices 2025 Movement, we are thrilled to feature Colégio La Salle Beira from Moçambique, África, whose guest contributors Suneyla Jeque, Tacio Mbofana and Sifa Amina Assane shared heartfelt reflections on “The Importance of the School in Building and Creating Values Such as Inclusion.”

In their touching message, Suneyla, Tacio and Sifa reminded us that a school is much more than a place to read and write — it is a home where hearts meet, friendships grow, and everyone belongs.

Their reflection celebrates the power of education not only to teach knowledge but also to shape values — empathy, respect, and acceptance — that strengthen communities. By seeing school as a second home, Colégio La Salle Beira inspires us to remember that true learning happens when every student feels seen, heard, and included.
