Etablissement Victory, Morocco 🇲🇦
At Etablissement Victory, three passionate students — Wijdane Saif, Salma Ouammou, and Wiam Saif — are leading the way with their inspiring initiative, “Teens’Voice.”
Their project is all about creating a safe and empowering space where high school students can share their experiences, express their opinions, and engage in meaningful dialogue. Through discussion circles, interactive workshops, and debates, Team Victory’s Power Team is helping students connect, listen, and collaborate to make their school a more inclusive and understanding community.
Objectives:• Empower student expression• Promote collaborative problem-solving• Foster empathy and inclusion.
Format: The project unfolds through weekly discussion circles where teens choose their own topics — from everyday challenges to school life experiences — and lead open, respectful conversations. These sessions are complemented by interactive workshops and debate & dialogue forums designed to strengthen students’ communication and teamwork skills.
Target Group: High school students (ages 14–18) — open to all grade levels — are invited to participate and share their perspectives.
Connection to the Theme:“Beyond Inclusion: Building Everyday Belonging” comes alive in Teens’Voice through authentic conversations and shared experiences. By listening to one another and working together on creative solutions, students discover how much they truly have in common. This sense of mutual understanding builds empathy, confidence, and — most importantly — belonging.
Why It Matters:Team Victory’s Power Team reminds us that belonging starts with listening. When every student has the courage to speak and the respect to listen, schools become communities that care — and that’s what the United Voices movement is all about.
